Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel:

Your access continues through the end of your current billing period
No partial-month refunds are issued
Your students’ progress data remains saved and visible through the retention period (see Data Retention below)

Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. When you cancel:

Your access continues through the end of your current annual term
If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual term, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year
After 30 days, no refunds are issued for the remainder of the annual term
Your students’ progress data remains saved and visible through the retention period (see Data Retention below)

To request a prorated annual refund, email hello@juniperreadingcolab.com within 30 days of the start of your annual billing period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

Account settings: Log into Decode, go to your subscription settings, and click “Cancel subscription”
Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@juniperreadingcolab.com and we will process it within one business day

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your students’ progress data is retained until July 31 of the current school year (August 1 – July 31 cycle) or 90 days after the subscription ends, whichever is later.

We will send you an email notification 30 days before any automatic data deletion. You may resubscribe at any time during the retention period and pick up where your students left off.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member status and its associated 20% lifetime discount are permanent. If you cancel and later resubscribe, your Founding Member pricing is preserved.
